OYC Meeting Minutes – 14/12/2022
THIS MEETING
This meeting was more of a laid back meeting, and a thank you to all of the hard efforts Youth Councillors have made throughout the year. In the beginning, the chairThe Youth Councillor who runs the meeting, heads up the organisation and has the casting vote. Or something to sit on but probably the first one on our site :-) More did an ice breaker where we did a game of agree/disagree on some somewhat controversial questions, such as “Do Pineapples deserve to be on Pizza?”. We later moved onto team building excercises which involved doing the “Worlds Greatest” game. We later met Santa, who gave chocolates to Youth Councillors and distributed the Secret Santa presents. Later, we met Jodie who said a goodbye to us all.
Youth Councillors: If you participated in the Secret Santa scheme, and either you weren’t in or you didn’t recieve a present, then please email Dayna, who will sort it out for the New Year.
EVENTS & TRIPS
No Events
The next meeting will be a Priorities Meeting (from the 4th of January 2023 every 2 weeks) and then a Main Meeting (from the 11th of January 2023 every 2 weeks)

Youth Workers will be on leave from Friday the 16th of December until Wednesday the 4th of January 2023. They may periodically check messages on Twitter / Instagram / WhatsApp from Youth Councillors, but there will be a delay.
