Oldham Youth Council has been awarded the Queens Award for Voluntary Services. As a celebration, it is being talked about all members of OYC
Oldham Youth Council More getting a reward for this tremendous achievement.
EQUALITEAS
Equaliteas is an event that aims to bring people together to talk about equality, in celebration of 90 years since the Representation of the People’s Act. For OYC’s Equaliteas Party, members of OYCOldham Youth Council More are making their own cakes! Through a detailed discussion of who can make what, and what cakes would work best in the equaliteas event.
INTERVIEWS
Oldham Council’s communication team is conducting interviews for a new member on its team. To include the voice of the young people, it has been asked for a member of OYCOldham Youth Council More to join their panel.
RACE FOR LIFE
The Race for Life event in Oldham is on the 24th June. It has been asked for members of OYCOldham Youth Council More who weren’t taking part to come down and support.
