CICC VOICE Meeting Minutes 15.09.20

The young people started the meeting by general conversations and catching up with what they have been up to.

Young people went through the upcoming interview panels they will be part of. Young people confirmed availability for the different dates and will be sent out more information nearer to the time. Young people put together questions for the Fostering team manager role.

Young people had discussions around the Care Leavers Week and what they would like to do. Young people confirmed the different activities and now need to allocate planning this.

Young people raised issues and concerns around period poverty and personal hygiene products being accessible to care leavers. Young people to do some research around what is already being done around this.

A brilliant meeting with some really positive conversations. Thank you to all who attended.
