Care Leavers Week
This week is about highlighting the needs of care leavers and encouraging the agencies responsible to work together to coordinate an effective response.
We also want to raise public awareness about how services need to support young people who are care leavers and need the valuable extra support and celebrate achievements,
whilst gain vital feedback from care leavers about our services.
Care Leavers service now extended till the age of 25 years.

Friday 26th October 2018:- Pathway Plan consultation
Monday 29th October 2018:-Cake sales at Positive Steps
Tuesday 30th October 2018:- Open day at Hawthorn Crescent
