The Children in Care Council (CICC) are a representative group of young people who are cared for by Oldham Council. Our aim is to improve the lives of children and young people by making sure their voices are heard when it comes to decisions that affect their lives.
There are 3 different groups, there is the Children in Care Council Young Voices group for 8 to 11 year olds. The Children in Care Council Voice group for 11 to 21 Year Olds and the Care Leavers Forum which is an online Facebook based group.
