Young Voices February Activity Day

A Voice for Oldham's Children Looked After and Care Leavers

Young Voices February Activity Day

The Children in Care Council organised an activity day during the February half term for the Young Voices group. In total 21 young people attended aged 8 to 11.

The day consisted of different activities these were colouring, making story cubes, making masks and planting pots. Young people took in turns to be able to take part in the different activities.

As part of ongoing work Bernie worked with young people to speak to them about Advocacy and what it means. Young people learnt the word and was able to explain what it means.
